Shipping Policy

When Will I Receive My Order?
After a package leaves our location, in-transit time will be based on the delivery option you selected and the package's final destination. In-transit times vary for Fed Ex Ground and most USPS options do not have a guaranteed delivery date. For example, the in-transit time for an order shipped via Fed Ex Ground will typically take 3-5 days. If you need your order in less than 3 days or you need a guaranteed time frame, then one of the Fed Ex air options or USPS Express should be selected.

WWhen a tracking number is provided with your shipping selection, you may track your order by clicking on the tracking number that is provided in the email notifying you that your order has been shipped. This will direct you to Carrier's site so that you may track the status of your order and obtain tracking information.

Where Will You Ship My Order To?
We will ship your order to the US Shipping Address that you provide. Please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box) as UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. Specifying an incorrect US Shipping Address will cause a delay to receiving your order. PO Box addresses are acceptable for FedEx (Post Office) shipping options only. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada are considered Special Deliveries and may or may not be possible or may take extra time for delivery. Please contact us about Special Deliveries. You must contact us direct about shipments outside of the US or Canada.

How Do I Know Which Shipping Option To Select?
We will strive to minimize the overall time it takes to deliver your package. We may use a shipping method or option that differs from what you selected to improve the delivery of your package in the time frame you are expecting it. Be assured you will not pay for any additional shipping or handling charges and the shipping method will be equivalent or better than your selection.

We currently offer 10 different shipping options (*in-transit delivery time):

  • Reservation (Customer Pick Up)
  • FedEx Ground (1-5 business days*)
  • FedEx 3-Day Select (end of day, 3 business days*)
  • FedEx 2nd Day Air (typically end of day, 2 business days*)
  • FedEx 2nd Day Air AM (typically 10:30am, 2 business days*)
  • FedEx Next Day Air (typically 10:30am, 1 business day*)
  • FedEx Next Day Air AM (typically 8:00am, 1 business day*)
  • USPS Parcel Post (3-7 business days*)
  • USPS Priority (2-3 business days*)
  • USPS Express (1 business day*)

When reserving an order for customer pick-up at our store, select the option Reservation (Customer Pick Up).

How Are Shipping and Handling Charges Determined?

Domestic Shipping and handling rates are determined by:

  • The total weight of all of the merchandise ordered; and
  • Distance to final destination; and
  • The shipping option selected.

Where Is The Rest of My Order?
If an item is on back order and requires additional time to process the order, we will notify you.

Return Policy

Can I Return My Order?
Most returnable items can be returned within 5 days from Delivery Date. Refunds do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Please follow return directions below.

All refused packages returned to Pressed Flower Artist, LLC. are subject to a $10 return fee per item. This includes instances where the customer has provided an incorrect shipping address and non-delivery due to not being available for signature.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Special Ordered Items
  • Clearance items.
  • Large quantities of the same item that we have specifically special ordered to meet your needs.

To Return An Item
Either call us at (480) 987-8970 or send us an email at explaining the situation.

All items considered for return or exchange MUST have an eligible Return Authorization Number on the outside of all shipping return boxes. To obtain a Return Authorization Number you must e-mail or call us and ask for the Return Authorization Number. This does not mean you automatically qualify for a credit. It means if you follow the guidelines, we will evaluate your return/exchange for credit or exchange.

  • All returns must be received in new/unused condition with all of its original packaging. Any damage or shortage must be reported at the time you request a Return Authorization Number. Any return that is missing (an) item(s) will be given a credit minus the missing item(s).
  • Your return shipment must be postmarked within 5 days of your receipt and/or delivery of your shipment.
  • All items must include all the original packaging, including any instructions in good condition.
  • Any unauthorized returns will be refused. We also have the right to inspect all returned items prior to determining if they will qualify for a credit.
  • All item(s) must be returned via a method with traceable delivery confirmation to assure we receive your package.
  • The Return Authorization Number must be written clearly on the outside of the box.
  • Any orders returned without any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we are not responsible for refunding the order if we cannot verify receipt of the return.
  • Include a copy of your invoice highlighting the items being returned.

Please Note:

  • Exchanges - We take great pride in double-checking every item before it leaves our facility. If you do receive an item that is damaged, please follow the guidelines above. We can ship you a replacement item as soon as we receive the damaged item; or you may pay for another item and we will credit you when we receive the returned item with proper authorization. Please follow instructions above.
  • Special Orders - There are two types of Special Orders. These CANNOT be cancelled, returned or exchanged. We require a 50% deposit before we will accept special orders.
    • Items noted on our web pages stating shipping will take longer than 2 weeks.
    • Orders with excessive quantities and/or odd sizes.

It is your responsibility to insure the returned item(s) in the event of loss or damage.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number clearly printed on the outside of the box. A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling 1-503-645-4650.
